Why do Personal Training?
I love what I do and want to help as many women as I can! I have found my purpose and I’m so lucky it is my passion!
I want you to create sustainable mindset & lifestyle changes to help you improve your habits & choices realistically for the long term. I want to emphasise the benefits of exercise & fitness to your health (not just the aesthetics) but the physical and mental benefits also.
I don’t want to just change your body but also change your life. By starting your fitness journey you will see how this improves not just how you feel and look, but your mindset, work, family, relationships and your overall health.

I offer Women 1-1 Personal Training Sessions at my Private Gym in my house in Bushey, NW London which has a fully kitted gym, functional & circuits area, cardio equipment, large garden for outdoor training & a holistic relaxation studio.
I will create you an individualised training & activity program, taking into account your medical history, lifestyle & goals. This will include your workouts (including weight training), your Cardio Vascular workouts & general activity/target step count. The program will have structure & progression so you can focus on execution and getting results.
With my Feel Good coaching program, you get customised workouts created specifically for you and your goals. Every client is different, so in 2 years of working with clients doing 1-1 PT sessions, I have never given 2 clients the same workout program. I want to develop a plan taking into account your preferences, whether that’s working out at home, outdoors or in your local fitness facility/gym.
You will also get vegetarian nutrition advice. We will work together to make sure your nutrition supports your fitness and goals, where you’ll make changes one small, but powerful, habit at a time to make sustainable lifestyle habits.
With online coaching, you also get personal support from me throughout each month. So you’re basically getting a friendly virtual coach, plus all the right tools to smash your fitness goals.
I have a FEEL GOOD APP – Many companies don’t and clients have to manually log their workouts in excel spreadsheets or on paper which is tedious, time consuming & not practical when working out. With the FEEL GOOD App you simply log and complete your personalised workouts on the app – any time & anywhere!
All your exercises have a video showing you how to do them with correct form, together with written instructions, teaching points, muscles worked & alternative exercises. You don’t need to spend hours of your valuable time searching through sites like YouTube for your exercises which may not even be correct or may be from unreliable sources.
All my Training Programs include Stretching. Stretching is so important & often missed out, but each Feel Good Program includes this key component in order to reduce the risk of injury, minimise DOMs, to aid muscle recovery and increase flexibility.
I provide realistic & sustainable Nutrition advice, guidance & support based on flexible/lifestyle vegetarian eating. I don’t give clients prescribed strict meal plans for the simple reason that I don’t believe they work & it takes the joy out of eating. A diet plan is not empowering; it takes you away from your own decision-making process – which you need for long term success. I don’t believe in diets, I believe in a lifestyle change. You won’t need to weigh your food or cut out whole food groups! Instead of restrictive meal plans, I empower you to take charge of you own nutrition in a way that works for you – and get amazing results in the process.
I provide women support and understanding from a Female coach who’s been on her own fitness journey & understands women’s’ bodies and the challenges we face.
Location or logistics don’t matter! Where Personal Training may not have been possible if you live across the world from me, now location isn’t an obstacle. Wherever you are in the world, I can deliver you customised workouts, progress tracking, nutrition advice, exercise form checks & keep you accountable to take your fitness to the next level.
If you want flexibility & don’t want any schedule limitations – you don’t have fixed session timings – you can work out when and where you want, but still get the benefit of a structured program and ongoing support from me, your coach.
Also we can schedule your workouts to accommodate your schedule, to ensure they get done at a time that fits with your lifestyle.
The Feel Good app puts you in control and makes you accountable for every workout you do, by inputting your weights and reps that you do for each exercise, and sharing that with me so I can track your progress as we work towards your goals.
If you’re on a budget, then online coaching is cost effective and more affordable than working with a PT 2/3x per week.
Online coaching is a great way of empowering yourself to take ownership of your own fitness and build health habits to transform your lifestyle.
I get it – I been through my OWN fitness journey and own physical transformation, so I understand the hard work, consistency, perseverance, commitment and patience it takes to get results on your fitness journey.
I’m a coach who is experienced and empathetic to women. I also understand the female bodies and all the challenges our amazing bodies go through from child birth to menstrual cycle to the menopause.
I also think it does make my ladies more comfortable opening up to me as a woman & I can truly relate to women’s bodies & women’s health.
