I specialise in Strength & Resistance Training, Functional Training & bring in the holistic principles of Yoga, Pilates, Breathing & Stretch to all my sessions.
I want women to Feel Good with how they look on the outside as well as Feel Good on the inside, both mentally & physically. My goal is for women to feel strong, confident, energetic & empowered to reach their health & fitness goals. I encourage adopting a healthy, balanced sustainable lifestyle through a non-restrictive & realistic approach.
After having been through my own fitness journey, pre & post child birth, I understand and I can relate to women’s bodies & the challenges we face.
I want to re-highlight the benefits of STRENGTH TRAINING especially for women. Yes, please hit the Physical Activity guidelines of 150 mins moderate / or 75 mins vigorous aerobic activity (cardio) a week. But in addition Strength Train on >2 days a week to maintain and strengthen muscles bones & joints, burn fat
